Dual Enrollment
Dual Enrollment (DE) is an opportunity for Junior and Senior students to take college courses while earning both high school and college credit simultaneously. Most DE courses are taken as asynchronous online courses, but there may be options for in-person classes as well.
The TSAC Dual Enrollment Grant will pay tuition for 5 total DE courses throughout a high school student's career.
- If students choose to take additional classes, the DE Grant will pay $100/credit hour for classes 6-10. For reference, Pellissippi courses cost $185/credit hour.
- The DE Grant does not cover textbook or other miscellaneous fees.
- To remain eligible for the DE Grant, students must maintain a 2.0 college GPA.
