Graduation practice has been changed from Friday the 18th to Thursday the 17th at 9:30 a.m. All students are to be at Thompson-Boling Arena by 9:00 a.m. There is also a change in Senior exam schedule: 1st and 2nd block exams on Wednesday the 16th, 3rd and 4th block exams Thursday the 17th during regular 3rd and 4th blocks. Makeup exams will be given on Friday the 18th.

SUMMER OFFICE INFORMATION

The First Floor Office and the Guidance Office will be open every Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. and will close promptly at noon, June 6, 2012 - July 25, 2012 (closed July 4, 2012 for Independence Day).

                       Students whose report cards were held for lost textbooks or fees may come
to the First Floor office during this time to clear obligations. 

                    Questions regarding report card grades will need to be addressed to the
specific teacher when he/she returns in the fall.

                    If you need a transcript, go to the Guidance office during the
Wednesday morning hours.  (There is a $2 fee for transcripts.)

                      New student enrollment and orientation will take place on May 30, July 11, and August 1 at 9:00 a.m.   Bring completed registration packet.   Please be prompt.

                To enroll a new student, you will need the following:

                    1.    A copy of student's social security card and birth certificate.

                    2.    The student's immunization records on an Official Tennessee Immunization Certificate from the Knox County Health Dept. and/or most doctors’ offices.

                    3.    Proof of Current Physical Exam.

                    4.   Copies of school records, if possible (test scores, grades, etc.)  These will help to assure proper placement in courses.

                    5.   A parent/guardian must be present before we can enroll a student.

                     6.   2 Proofs of residence must also be provided (i.e. bill from utility, final (closed) housing contract, voter registration, etc.)***

                    7.   Proof of guardianship or custody, if child lives with anyone other than both natural parents.

The last general registration will be held at 1:30 p.m. on August 14, 2012 in the Media Center.  No new student will be registered at 8 a.m. on the first day of school, August 14, 2012.

Regular Guidance office hours will begin on July 31, 2012.

SUMMER INSANITY WILL BE TUESDAY, AUGUST 7, 2012.

Freshman Day will be Monday, August 13, 2012   8:30 – 11:30 (no lunch served)
